Why Partner with us?
We are an Australian and Japanese husband-and-wife team with deep roots in both countries and a shared passion for creating meaningful investment opportunities in Japan.
After spending more than 12 years living and working in Japan, Chad developed a strong understanding of Japanese culture, business practices, property markets and regional communities. During this time, he built lasting relationships and gained firsthand experience navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with investing in Japan.
His wife brings extensive hospitality experience across Japan and Australia, having worked in resorts, hotels and restaurants with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence. Her local knowledge, cultural understanding and industry background provide valuable insight into what makes accommodation businesses successful in Japan.
Together, we combine local knowledge, Australian transparency and a genuine love for Japan. Our goal is simple: to help investors access opportunities that are often difficult to find, understand and manage from overseas, while building investments designed for long-term value and sustainable returns.
